D) Protected Environment for Study

Geographically, we are able to provide study rooms in library for every medical staff. There is also a small departmental library with all the books / journals / CD-Rom available in each subspecialty department. In eac subspecialty department doctors can get access to the internet conveniently. A departmental conference room is also available for the staffs. Besides these hard-wares, every trainee will be given protected time (at least one session per week) for self-study / research.

For higher trainees, they are supported in attending international meeting or course with partial sponsorship from the department, and study leave will be granted.
