B) Specialist Out-patient Clinic

The specialist out-patient clinic are divided into 2 parts to meet the different needs of patients which are the general orthopaedic clinic and the specialist orthopaedic clinic. Senior residents and attending doctors see patients in the general orthopaedic clinic where there are 5 rooms. Associate consultants and consultants see patients in the specialist orthopaedic clinic where there are 15 rooms. In the trauma and burn emergency center, there are 5 rooms for orthopaedics where doctors see emergent cases : 2 for traumatology, 1 for hand surgery, 1 for pediatric orthopaedics and 1 for the other orthopaedic subspecialty.All consultation rooms are equipped with computer station and the functions of the computer system are keeping developing.There are two rooms for cast application and removal , one in out-patient clinic and one in the trauma and burn emergency center. Wet films facility is readily available in the Outpatient Clinic. We provide full spectrum orthopaedic specialist service 7 days a week.
