Partial median nerve transfer for restoration of radial nerve function

浏览次数:

The traditional tendon transfer procedures for late radial nerve injury is unable to restore all the fine motion of the hand. We use partial branches to pronator teres muscle transfer for ECRB reinnervation and partial branches to FDS transfer for PIN reinnervation. Most of the hand and wrist extensor muscles have good recovery of strength, and fine or separated motion is restored.
